The Customer Process data analyst should perform the Customer analysis, design and implement reporting as requested, integrating with all Aftermarket functions<\/p>\n
Analyze business and commercial data to get the insights your business requires \u2022 Perform and support data cleansing where needed by implementing method and process. \u2022 Support in the definition of reports and KPIs on data such as: Customer Orders, Back Orders, Budget, Customer Forecast and Customer Satisfaction. \u2022 Maintain an open line of communication with internal teams by promptly responding to email inquiries and providing updates \u2022 Work on \u201cspecial\u201d projects.<\/p>\n
Educational Experience: Bachelor\u2019s Degree Master\u2019s Degree . BA or BS Supply Chain Management or related field preferred;<\/p>\n
Minimum of Years of Experience: 1-3 years data analyst, Automotive Aftermarket experience considered a strong asset, Customer\/Logistic experience considered a strong asset<\/p>\n
Required PC Skills: Office,<\/p>\n
Required Technical Skills: ERP system experience, Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (V or X-lookups\/Pivot-Tables\/data analysis), Access is a plus<\/p>\n
Fluent English<\/p>\n
