The resourse is responsible to lead and control customer requirements and work in co-design with partners and suppliers to release the compliant products.

This role is positioned in the company innovative product development, as support of the business development function.

Main responsibilities of the incumbent will be:

· Manage customer and market requirements for product definition;

· Release sub-components technical specifications;

· System integration and optimization;

· BOM creation and management;

· Quality problem solving for engineering issues;

· Failure mode analysis management;

· Design change implementation and tracking;

· Design for prototypes and procurement;

· Support to purchasing;

· Definition of the test according to specifications and norms;

· Support and accountability for product manufacturing;

· Product application design for specific customer application;

· Responsible of the engineering deliverables for individual program;

· Follow patents research and filing new ones.

Job requirements:

· Master Degree in Vehicle, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineer (or similar training);

· Experience in electric drive unit and or transmission design;

· Understanding of mechanical, electrical and electronics specifications;

· Ability to work with 3D software and design standard tooling;

· Knowledge of product development (good when it is in automotive field);

· Plus: working or personal experience in e-mobility and/or bicycle industry;

· Fluent English;

· Soft skill: self -management, self-empowerment and decision making skill, analytical approach.
