In order to strengthen our Quality Team, we are looking for a: Process Quality Engineer

Position

Process Quality Engineer main responsabilities and duties will be:

  • To Process and analyze internal waste data to define business emprovements plans;
  • To manage, update and archive progression plans for improvement activities;
  • To draft summary reports of improvement activities reporting the effectiveness of solutions;
  • To monitor reference KPIs and plant quality issues;
  • To Elaborate capacity studies of production processes to propose and promote implementation in order to reach the required quality standards;
  • To analyze the process flows, control plans, and product/process specifications to understand the critical issues related to the different production phases;
  • To define and supervise the working groups, interacting with different business functions to determine the root cause of problems;
  • To propose corrective action;
  • To analyze the stages of the production process, in order to ensure the quality of semi-finished and finished products, minimizing waste and promoting the economic sustainability of the production process;
  • To collaborate in the updating and development of the system for the management of data on product quality, providing periodic information summaries to the functions;
  • To collaborate and performs periodic audits on products and processes, to identify anomalies that cause the out of standard and lack of statistical control of production.

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

  • Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar training;
  • Five or more years of experience in this role;
  • Knowledge of the main problem solving’s tool;
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of statistic;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Good comunications and relationship skills;
  • A good level of autonomy;
