Position:

As a part of the AFM Logistic Team, the role is in charge to manage and to improve the import and export goods processes for After Market Emea, according to international standards.

Support the import and export flows of goods, according to information and documentation provided by Logistic/ warehouse / Suppliers and checking for compliance with the EMEA regulations. Management of documentation and billing flow (in /out), checking the correct data & information, for formal approval. Management of documentation for freight transport, follows customs procedures, plans internal audits for compliance with AEO regulations and requirements. Provides for declarations required by international maritime regulations. Management of Relationship with the Customs Agency and the Correct authorities (e.g. Chamber of Commerce) and provides for the necessary certificates and declarations. Updates the competent customs authorities about activities change in compliance with regulatory certification requirements (including customs practices). Updates internal Department about new customs regulations. Support the Team in the implementation of S&OP processes. Contribution for clear communication with internal teams

Requirements:

Educational Experience: High School Diploma Associate’s Degree

Minimum of Years of Experience: 2-5 years in Supply Chain / Warehouse/Logistics. Industrial / Aftermarket Sector is a plus

Required PC Skills: Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) AS 400

English fluent
