{"id":129809,"date":"2023-06-09T18:59:37","date_gmt":"2023-06-09T16:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/uncommonegg.com\/dayco\/jobs\/process-quality-engineer-3\/"},"modified":"2023-06-09T18:59:37","modified_gmt":"2023-06-09T16:59:37","slug":"process-quality-engineer-3","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/uncommonegg.com\/dayco\/cn\/jobs\/process-quality-engineer-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Process Quality Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"body__headings\">Our Company<\/h3>\n<div class=\"body__text\">\n<p>Dayco at a glance: global leader in the research, design, manufacture and distribution of essential engine drive systems and aftermarket services for automotive, truck, construction, agriculture and industrial applications.<\/p>\n<p>115 years of experience, 40 locations in 22 countries: these are the keys for our global success.<\/p>\n<p>Dayco works as a Global Team every day to raise the bar and provide more and more integrated solutions for Hybridization, optimizing the Control Logic of the Electric Machine performance and pursuing a Smart System Management that reduces the CO2 emissions.<\/p>\n<p>In order to strengthen our Quality Team, we are looking for a:<strong>\u00a0Process Quality Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"body__headings\">Position<\/h3>\n<div class=\"body__text\">\n<p><strong>Process Quality Engineer<\/strong> main responsabilities and duties will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To Process and analyze internal waste data to define business emprovements plans;<\/li>\n<li>To manage, update and archive progression plans for improvement activities;<\/li>\n<li>To draft summary reports of improvement activities reporting the effectiveness of solutions;<\/li>\n<li>To monitor reference KPIs and plant quality issues;<\/li>\n<li>To Elaborate capacity studies of production processes to propose and promote implementation in order to reach the required quality standards;<\/li>\n<li>To analyze the process flows, control plans, and product\/process specifications to understand the critical issues related to the different production phases;<\/li>\n<li>To define and supervise the working groups, interacting with different business functions to determine the root cause of problems;<\/li>\n<li>To propose corrective action;<\/li>\n<li>To analyze the stages of the production process, in order to ensure the quality of semi-finished and finished products, minimizing waste and promoting the economic sustainability of the production process;<\/li>\n<li>To collaborate in the updating and development of the system for the management of data on product quality, providing periodic information summaries to the functions;<\/li>\n<li>To collaborate and performs periodic audits on products and processes, to identify anomalies that cause the out of standard and lack of statistical control of production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"body__headings\">Requirements<\/h3>\n<div class=\"body__text\">\n<p>The requirements for this position are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar training;<\/li>\n<li>Five or more years of experience in this role;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the main problem solving&#8217;s tool;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the fundamentals of statistic;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English;<\/li>\n<li>Good comunications and relationship skills;<\/li>\n<li>A good level of autonomy;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"body__text\">\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A permanent contract, a dynamic and fast growing business, a lean organization where you have the chance to be visible and appreciated by the top management, a financial healthy company, a global approach to people management.
