Dayco improves how the world moves by creating products, systems and relationships that endure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"body__headings\">Position<\/h3>\n<div class=\"body__text\">\n<p>The resourse is responsible to lead and control customer requirements and work in co-design with partners and suppliers to release the compliant products.<\/p>\n<p>This role is positioned in the company innovative product development, as support of the business development function.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Main responsibilities of the incumbent will be:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Manage customer and market requirements for product definition;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Release sub-components technical specifications;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 System integration and optimization;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 BOM creation and management;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Quality problem solving for engineering issues;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Failure mode analysis management;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Design change implementation and tracking;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Design for prototypes and procurement;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Support to purchasing;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Definition of the test according to specifications and norms;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Support and accountability for product manufacturing;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Product application design for specific customer application;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Responsible of the engineering deliverables for individual program;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Follow patents research and filing new ones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"body__headings\">Requirements<\/h3>\n<div class=\"body__text\">\n<p>Job requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Master Degree in Vehicle, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineer (or similar training);<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience in electric drive unit and or transmission design;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Understanding of mechanical, electrical and electronics specifications;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to work with 3D software and design standard tooling;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Knowledge of product development (good when it is in automotive field);<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Plus: working or personal experience in e-mobility and\/or bicycle industry;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Fluent English;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Soft skill: self -management, self-empowerment and decision making skill, analytical approach.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"body__headings\">More Informations<\/h3>\n<div class=\"body__text\">\n<p>We offer:<\/p>\n<p>A permanent contract, a dynamic and fast growing business, a lean organization where you have the chance to be visible and appreciated by the top management, a financial healthy company, a global approach to people management.
